Ingredients (serves 2–3):
3 cups watermelon, cubed
5–6 mint leaves
Juice of ½ lime
Ice for serving
Optional: 1 tsp honey
Instructions:
Blend watermelon, mint, lime juice, and honey (if using).
Strain for a lighter juice, or enjoy it thick like a smoothie.
Pour over ice and sip slow.
