Spaghetti Aglio e Olio


This simple yet flavorful pasta dish features garlic, olive oil, and red pepper flakes. It’s quick, satisfying, and packed with flavor without needing many ingredients.

Ingredients (serves 4):

8 oz spaghetti
4 garlic cloves, thinly sliced
3 tbsp olive oil
1 tsp red pepper flakes
Salt to taste
Fresh parsley, chopped (optional)
Instructions:

Cook spaghetti according to package instructions; drain, reserving 1 cup of pasta water.
In a large pan, heat olive oil over medium heat. Add garlic and cook until fragrant, about 2 minutes.
Add red pepper flakes and reserved pasta water, stirring to combine.
Toss pasta in the garlic oil mixture and cook for another 2 minutes. Season with salt and top with fresh parsley.
