Honey Garlic Shrimp Stir-Fry

Ingredients (serves 4):
1 lb shrimp, peeled & deveined
1 tablespoon olive oil
3 garlic cloves, minced
¼ cup honey
2 tablespoons soy sauce
1 teaspoon sesame oil
2 cups stir-fry vegetables (like bell peppers, snow peas, carrots)
Cooked rice or noodles
Instructions:
Whisk together honey, soy sauce, sesame oil, and garlic.
Heat oil in a pan, sauté shrimp 2–3 mins until pink. Remove.
In same pan, stir-fry veggies 4–5 mins.
Add sauce and shrimp back in, cook 2 mins until slightly thickened.
Serve hot over rice or noodles.
