    Ingredients (serves 4):

    2 cups elbow macaroni
    1 cup cooked carrots or cauliflower, blended
    1½ cups milk
    1½ cups shredded cheddar cheese
    2 tbsp butter
    Salt to taste
    Instructions:

    Cook pasta, drain, and set aside.
    In a saucepan, melt butter, then add veggie purée and milk. Stir until warm.
    Add cheese and stir until melted.
    Toss in the cooked pasta and mix until creamy.
