Beef & Broccoli Stir-Fry

    Ingredients (serves 4):

    1 lb flank steak, thinly sliced
    2 cups broccoli florets
    3 tbsp soy sauce
    2 tbsp oyster sauce
    1 tbsp brown sugar
    1 garlic clove, minced
    1 tsp cornstarch + 2 tbsp water
    1 tbsp sesame oil
    Instructions:

    Mix soy sauce, oyster sauce, brown sugar, and cornstarch slurry.
    Cook beef in sesame oil until browned; remove.
    Add broccoli and a splash of water; steam 2–3 mins.
    Return beef, pour in sauce, and stir-fry until thickened. Serve hot.
