Banana Bread (Moist & Healthy)

Perfect for using overripe bananas — soft, flavorful, and easy to make!

🌿 Ingredients:

  • 3 ripe bananas (mashed)
  • 2 eggs
  • 100g brown sugar
  • 60ml vegetable oil (or melted butter)
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 200g all-purpose flour
  • 1 tsp baking soda
  • A pinch of salt
  • Optional: 50g chopped walnuts or chocolate chips

👩‍🍳 Instructions:

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a large bowl, mash the bananas and mix in eggs, sugar, oil, and vanilla.
  3. Add the flour, baking soda, and salt. Stir gently.
  4. Pour the batter into a greased or lined loaf pan.
  5. Bake for 45–55 minutes, or until a toothpick comes out clean.
  6. Let it cool before slicing and serving.

💡 Healthy option: Use whole wheat flour and reduce the sugar to 80g.
