Banana Bread (Moist & Healthy)

Perfect for using overripe bananas — soft, flavorful, and easy to make!
🌿 Ingredients:
- 3 ripe bananas (mashed)
- 2 eggs
- 100g brown sugar
- 60ml vegetable oil (or melted butter)
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 200g all-purpose flour
- 1 tsp baking soda
- A pinch of salt
- Optional: 50g chopped walnuts or chocolate chips
👩🍳 Instructions:
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a large bowl, mash the bananas and mix in eggs, sugar, oil, and vanilla.
- Add the flour, baking soda, and salt. Stir gently.
- Pour the batter into a greased or lined loaf pan.
- Bake for 45–55 minutes, or until a toothpick comes out clean.
- Let it cool before slicing and serving.
💡 Healthy option: Use whole wheat flour and reduce the sugar to 80g.
